- Adults only. We sell to customers aged 18 and over. Bring a valid photo ID or your passport.
- Hours. Monday to Saturday, 8 am–9 pm at El Poblado and 9 am–9 pm at Laureles. Sundays and public holidays, 2–7 pm at both stores.
- Online orders. Our online shop (in Spanish) ships within Colombia only, in 2 to 5 business days. We do not ship abroad.
- Local rules. Rules about where products can be used and what you can take across borders vary. Please follow local rules and check your home country’s regulations before you buy.

What are your opening hours?
El Poblado: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 9 pm. Laureles: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 9 pm. Both stores: Sundays and public holidays, 2 pm to 7 pm.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our El Poblado team helps customers in English and Spanish. For the Laureles store, send us a WhatsApp message and we will help you before you visit.
Do I need ID to shop?
Sales are for adults 18 and over only. Please bring a valid photo ID or your passport; we may ask to see it.

Do you ship outside Colombia?
No. Our online shop (in Spanish) ships within Colombia only, in 2 to 5 business days. If you are visiting Medellín, the easiest way to shop is in one of our stores.
