Our Story: From a 2014 Idea to Five Stores Across Colombia
Stoners Smoke Shop was started by a small team of young people who wanted to do things differently. Here is how we grew from one store in Pereira to five stores in four cities.
How it started
Our dream was born in 2014, after a trip and a lot of conversations. We were a team of young people who believed this market could be done better: with original products, a more welcoming store and people who actually know what they are talking about.
In 2015 we opened our first Stoners Smoke Shop in Pereira, in Colombia’s Coffee Region. We were small, we were new, and we learned fast from every customer who walked in.
Our timeline
- 2014 · The ideaA trip, many conversations and a clear goal: build a specialized store with the best products and real customer service.
- 2015 · First store in PereiraStoners Smoke Shop opens its doors in the Coffee Region.
- 2016 · ManizalesA clear idea to expand quickly takes us to our second city.
- 2017 · ArmeniaOur goal was a presence across the whole Coffee Region, and Armenia completed the trio.
- 2018 · Online shop and MedellínCustomers in other cities started asking for our products, so we launched our online shop (in Spanish, shipping within Colombia). The same year we opened our El Poblado store in Medellín.
- 2022 · LaurelesAfter the pandemic, we opened our fifth store, again in Medellín. Laureles became our second home in the city.
- Today · Five stores, four citiesPereira, Manizales, Armenia and two stores in Medellín, plus our national online shop.

We sell products from recognized national and international brands, and we are happy to explain how to tell an original from an imitation.

Our team knows the products. Ask about sizes, materials and differences, and we will explain without pressure.

We want every customer, local or visiting, to feel comfortable in our stores and leave with the right product.

We are a legally registered Colombian company, Stoners Colombia S.A.S. Sales are for adults 18 and over only.

Walk into any Stoners store and you will find the products displayed so you can compare them, a team ready to answer questions, and a straightforward process: choose, ask, pay.
- Easy to compare. Rolling papers, grinders, glass water pipes, vaporizers and accessories from different brands, side by side.
- Help in your language. Our El Poblado team helps customers in English and Spanish.
- Check before you go. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm that a product is available at your store.
- Visitors welcome. Many of our Medellín customers are travelers, and we like helping first-time visitors find what they need.
